Colors and timing

A task goes from green to yellow, orange and red as its repeat time runs out. You decide when the colors change.

The four colors

By default, a task turns yellow ("coming up") when 70% of its repeat time has passed, and orange ("soon") at 90%. It is red ("due") on the due day and after it. For a task that repeats every 30 days, that is day 21, day 27 and day 30.

For one task

Open the task and tap "Edit".
Tap "More options", then switch on "Custom timing for this task".
Drag the two markers. Under them you see the day each color starts.
Tap "Save".

For all tasks

Go to Settings › "Advanced settings" and drag the markers of "Default color timing". This is in percent, so it fits tasks of any length. Tasks with their own timing keep it.

The markers stay at least 5% apart, between 5% and 95%.

Color theme

If the classic green, yellow, orange and red are hard to tell apart, go to Settings › "Color theme" and choose "Colorblind-friendly". The status text ("3 days left", "Due today") is always shown too, so you never have to rely on color alone.
